Sí, he vuelto. He desaparecido casi por completo, lo siento chicas/os, estaba perdida en Francia, durante una temporada larga y aún estoy allí, aunque no este allí jajaja, con mis "Croissants au beurre" (croasant de mantequilla)," Les chocolatines" (que son tipo napolitanas), "Beignets" (buñuelos), "Cannelés bordelais" (típicos de la zona de Burdeos, la verdad es que no se como describirlos),
"Pain des landes" (tiene forma de magdalena gigante, con sabor a brioche), y un largo etcetéra de cosas dulces y divinas. Tengo que decir que en Francia, con el tema de pan, bolleria y dulces no los gana nadie. Tengo pensado hacer todas estas cositas y más, y porsupuesto compartirlo con vosotras/os. </span></span></span></span><br />

Para la cobertura haré un sirope con las cerezas, así que no usaré ningún tipo de esencia, ni colorante (ya vereis que no le hará falta). Quería probar de hacerlo lo más natural posible, y la verdad es que despierta los sentidos, porque el sabor es muy sutil, pero muy rico. Echamos la mitad del relleno por encima de la masa, cuidadosamente. Cuando hayamos terminado de rellenar toda la masa, cogemos la margarina derretida, y con un pincel pintamos toda la superficie (asi la masa queda mucho más sustanciosa :)</span></span></span><br />

Pues he cambiado de marca a funcakes y he usado unas cápsulas de House of Marie, la verdad es que el cambio se ha notado muchísimo. Recomiendo no escatimar en estas cositas, ya que el resultado vale la pena.</span></span></span><br />

Y después, creo que cometí el error de hacerlos en una cápsula de silicona, ya que me salieron muy muy esponjosos (se deshacía un poco la masa, yo quería que me salieran esponjosos pero un poco más compacto), creo que con el papel quedan mucho mejor.
